1. Who we are

This site is operated by J D Geering's Plumbing & Heating Limited, registered in England and Wales (company number 03340467), trading as Jdgeeringph. Registered office: Unit 64 Riverside 3, Sir Thomas Longley Road, Medway City Trading Estate, Rochester, Kent, England, ME2 4BH.

2. Products & descriptions

We sell bathroom storage and organising products only. We make every effort to describe products and their materials, dimensions and load ratings accurately, and to show representative images. Minor variations in colour and finish may occur. We do not sell gas appliances, boilers, pressurised plumbing parts or electric heating elements.

3. Prices & payment

All prices are in US Dollars (USD) and are shown before tax and shipping, which are calculated at checkout. Payment is processed securely by Stripe and (where offered) PayPal. Your statement will show JDGEERINGPH STORE. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel an order in the event of an obvious error.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we send you a dispatch confirmation. If we can't fulfil an order, we'll let you know and refund any payment taken.

5. Shipping, returns & refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are covered by our Returns Policy and Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

6. Safe use, fitting & liability

Many of our products are wall-mounted, load-bearing or adhesive. Proper installation is the responsibility of the installer; verify your wall type and use suitable fixings, and follow the supplied instructions and stated load ratings. We are not liable for damage or injury arising from improper installation, overloading, or use of unsuitable fixings or surfaces. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

7. Acceptable use

All content on this site is owned by or licensed to us. See our Content License.

9. Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. If you are a consumer, you may also have the protection of mandatory provisions of your local law.
