Refund policy

What we refund, when, and how. This policy works alongside our Returns Policy.

Eligibility

  • Change of mind: unopened, unused items in original packaging returned within 14 days of delivery are eligible for a refund of the product price.
  • Faulty or damaged items: a full refund (including return shipping) or a replacement, when reported within 30 days with evidence.
  • Not eligible: hygiene items that have been opened or used, and wall-mounted/adhesive items that have been installed — unless faulty.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe or PayPal. We do not offer cash refunds. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed.

Timescales

Once we receive and inspect your return, we process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to show the refund on your statement.

Shipping charges

Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where an item is faulty or we made an error. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Order cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. If it hasn't shipped, we'll cancel and refund in full. If it has already shipped, our Returns Policy applies.

Your statutory rights

This policy is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
