Where we ship

We ship worldwide from the United Kingdom. At checkout you can select your destination country. If your country is not listed, contact us and we'll do our best to arrange delivery.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order ships, with tracking where available.

Delivery times & costs

• United Kingdom: 2–4 business days.
• Europe: 4–8 business days.
• United States & Canada: 6–12 business days.
• Rest of world: 7–18 business days.

A flat shipping fee of USD $9 applies to orders under USD $65. Orders of USD $65 or more ship free worldwide. The exact charge is always shown before you pay.

Customs, duties & taxes

For international orders, import duties, taxes and customs fees may be charged by your local authorities on delivery. These are not included in our prices or shipping charges and are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check your country's thresholds before ordering.

Tracking & lost parcels

If your tracking hasn't updated in several days, or your parcel hasn't arrived within the estimated window, email support@jdgeeringph.shop and we'll investigate with the carrier.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address, though we'll always try to help.
